Simcoe Hops
Simcoe hops were developed and patented by Yakima Chief Ranches and have become one of the most popular hop varieties used among craft brewers and homebrewers, alike. Often compared to Cascade hops, Simcoe hops pack a bigger alpha acid punch, making it great for bittering, while also ideal for use as an aroma hop.
