Mosaic Hops
Mosaic hops are a high alpha acid variety that offer a very complex flavor and aroma that suits a variety of beer styles. The name is indicative of the many flavors and aromas that it can present in different beers. Developed by the Hop Breeding Company and released commercially in 2012, Mosaic hops descend from Simcoe and Nugget hops.

Aroma: Mango, pine, citrus, tropical and stone fruit, some earthy notes, at times grassy or herbal

Substitutes: Tough to substitute this one, but Citra is probably the best bet. Simcoe and Nugget can work, as they are the parents of Mosaic hops.
