Idaho 7 Hops
Idaho 7 hops are an ideal hop variety for late boil additions and for whirlpool and dry-hopping applications. With that said, it does have the alpha acid chops to be used as a bittering hop. Originally developed by Jackson Hop Farm near Boise, Idaho 7 hops also go by the name 007: The Golden Hop.

Aroma: While there is lots of juicy tropical fruit and citrus, there is also distinct resinous pine character with some earthy, tea-like notes as well.
