Centennial Hops
Centennial hops are highly versatile; high in alpha acid to work as a bittering hop, but with the aroma profile to be used in later boil additions and dry hopping. Centennial hops are sometimes referred to as super-Cascade, as they are higher in alpha acid content, but with a similar flavor profile.
