Apollo Hops
A descendant of Zeus hops and first developed in 2000 by Hopsteiner, Apollo hops were released commercially in 2006. This high-alpha hop has become a staple bittering hop for big IPAs. Typically considered a clean bittering hop, Apollo hops can also be used as a dry hop to evoke more of the grapefruit notes.
